▪ Private Finance Initiatives (PFIs) for infrastructure projects in waste-to-energy, waste management, and smart property development. 

▪ Commercialising Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, as well as data analytics and visualisation research with both public and private companies. 

▪ Consolidating private education players into a consortium and franchising their creative schools.
