Mark picked up some of the "mantle" from Tradecraft last year to set up We Are Fair Trade (wearefairtrade.com), an online retailer.

By way of an introduction to his story, Mark writes: "For 13 years, I travelled to The Netherlands every 3rd weekend to see my two daughters. In an attempt to break the boredom of endless pre-speedy-boarding easyJet flights, I set myself the target of always  sitting in seat 1C. What started as a game morphed into a journey of process optimisation and resulted in a 12 year winning streak, with sometimes hilarious consequences."
